Fenghua Xinke Precision Casting Co., Ltd is an export-oriented production enterprise with modern
workshop, world-class production and testing equipment, rich and high-quality products, and also a
large casting enterprise with the integration of research, design, production, machine processing and
trade. The company covers the total area of 20,000 square metres, 15,000 square metres of total
construction area, including 13,500 square meters of Xinke area, 9,500 square metres of the
construction area, the company has more than 500 employees, including five engineers, 30 professional
technicians. And 4 frequency furnace contained in 250 kilograms of specifications, 4 specifications in
150 kilograms, which annully produces 1.3 million tons of refined castings.
The company mainly produces carbon steels, alloy steels. the products covering auto parts,
agricultural parts, engineering accessories, ship accessories and other four series. They are widely
used in mining machinery, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding manufacturing, rail, generator
manufacturing , valve manufacturing and so on. At present, it has passed ISO9000-2000 quality
certification, and it has very complete and advanced quality testing equipment, including Japanese
island PA-5500V spectrometer of the world's top level, 60T almighty screen machine, 150/300J impact
test machine, HB-300 goal hardness machine, PFUT-260 all-digital ultrasound instrument, chemical
titration analyser and so on.
