Rottweil F Inkjet Printer is a freely programmable ink jet printing system for industrial application. According to the continuous jet principle, printing on nearly all kinds of materials is possible. The range of application goes from the simplest printing, i.e. date/time up to complex applications. Fields of application are e.g.: expiry dates, batch number, logos, current numbering, production data such as date, time, shift identification, logos etc. For the Rottweil F, fast drying ink are used, providing very good adhesion properties on the varying materials, such as film, glass, metal, plastic, paper etc. The recently optimized print head enables integration at any position of the production line. Even on structured and uneven surfaces, it can print images of consistently high quality. Different inks can be chosen for the Rottweil F unit, offering a wide range of different applications to the users. Form standard inks via pigmented inks up to inks with special properties, e.g.: suitable for food industry, petrol-resistant, non-fading UV-readable inks. Due to the Rottweil F structural design, pigmented inks (e.g.: white, yellow, blue etc.) can also be used in order to print on esp. contrastive and dark surfaces. --Unique print head design.
