Introduction: This product is specially designed for milk drinks and vegetable albumen drinks. It is developed on the basis of protein chemistry, lipid chemistry and colloid chemistry. Guaranteed analysis:Function and usage: 1) Enhance the stability of milk drinks and vegetable albumen drinks, restrained lipid from going floating to the surface of drinks 2) Prevent from precipitation in drinks 3) Enhance viscidity 4) Improve quality and taste Usage: Heat water to 60 to 80℃ in preparing tank, add adequate the emulsifier and sucrose to the water, agitate until dissolve, it takes about 10-15 minutes. Then add other ingredients and homogenize them to make uniform in consistency at a pressure of 25-40MPa and keep 60-80℃. And can also treat them with colloidal mill before homogenization or make double-stage homogenization after homogenization if necessary. The dosage of the product is 0.05-0.15%.
